Privacy Policy

Mylog AI is a personal memory and relationship recording app. It is designed around user control.

Data stored

Mylog AI may store records you create, including title, content, type, time, tags, linked people, photos, videos, audio, and files.

Mylog AI may also store AI insights, smart reminders, long-term memory derived from your records, and backup files you export or import.

Local-first storage

Records, photos, AI insights, reminders, and long-term memory are stored in the app database and document storage on your device by default.

Photos and camera

Camera access is used only when you choose to take a photo for a record. Photo library access is used only when you choose photos to attach to a record.

Voice

Real-time speech-to-text may use browser speech recognition. Audio attachments may be processed for transcription when you choose to save or analyze them.

AI analysis

Mylog AI can use cloud AI services to analyze records, transcripts, extracted text, photos, videos, files, and metadata when you choose to use AI features.

Data is sent only for the requested AI feature and is used to generate analysis, suggestions, reminders, and summaries.

Backups

You can export your records and assistant data as a JSON backup and import backups later. You are responsible for where exported backup files are stored.

Data deletion

Deleting a record hides it locally. You can also clear local app data from Settings. If cloud sync is added later, Mylog AI will add cloud deletion controls.
